What will my donations be used for?

Your donations will be used to:

• Improve and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Improve, maintain or set up additional services, such as game servers.
• Hold more elaborate events.
• Hold giveaways.
• Reward our Staff for their hard work.

Budgeting

Below is the way we intent to distribute all budgets.
Leftovers are based on the target weekly of €8.00 having been met.
If our weekly income is more than the target, earnings will be distributed among our Staff equally.

• Events
  • Description: Budget for holding events (eg. prizes).
  • Weekly Amount: €0.50
  • Leftover after allocation: €7.50
• Giveaways
  • Description: Budget for holding giveaways.
  • Weekly Amount: €2.50
  • Leftover after allocation: €5.00
• Emergency Buffer
  • Description: Budget to prevent disasters (eg. server hardware failing).
  • Weekly Amount: €5.00
  • Leftover after allocation: €0.00

Will I get a reward?

Outside helping us improve the Pub, we do not give out additional rewards for the time-being.
This may change in the future but past donations won't count towards those rewards.
